The Terrace apartment is one of the most beautiful of the East Village Apartments with it’s high ceilings and outdoor veranda. Our NYC holiday apartment is the perfect place to relax after a busy day in the city. The large, 90 square meters apartment is conveniently located on the first floor of our historic brownstone. The sun-drenched, open plan living and dining room overlook the beautiful terrace. The living room offers a great escape from the bustling streets of Manhattan with a charming wood burning fireplace, built in cabinetry, a flat screen TV and a state of the art entertainment system. Our NYC vacation apartment comfortably accommodates four guests. The grand living room is equipped with a queen sofa bed for 2 guests. The elegantly designed master bedroom has a queen bed, a spacious closet and a flat screen TV. The new, fully equipped kitchen offers all the modern conveniences of a New York holiday rental including a microwave, gas range stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, tea kettle and toaster. The marble bathroom is furnished with a high-pressure shower and a wall mounted hair dryer. |

50% advance payment is required to confirm a reservation.
You may pay by
PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.
PayPal and credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge. Please send an enquiry from our website or email us before making a payment.
If additional guests stay at the apartment, you will be liable for a surcharge, which will be deducted from the security deposit.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $300 security deposit is due one month prior to arrival by Paypal only. This will be returned one week after departure - less any damages.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be no refunds once the booking is confirmed. Credits may be used for future stays, based upon availability.
