The Garden Duplex Apartment is located on the ground and subterranean floors of East Village Apartments. It is a large 170 square meter apartment, which is formed by combining Apartment Royale and the Garden Apartment. The apartment has a beautifully designed ground floor living area with a granite breakfast bar and large modern open plan kitchen, which opens to a private patio garden. It is a true luxury to dine al fresco or relax under the trees in the heart of Manhattan, after a long day exploring the sights of the city. A second mini kitchen and lounge are located on the subterranean level.
The spacious sleeping accommodations are provided in three bedrooms: the Garden master bedroom (queen bed), the Garden second bedroom (double bed), and the Royale master bedroom (round king bed). There are two separate twin beds in Royale’s lounge and one twin bed in the Garden lounge. Each floor is furnished with a new marble bathroom, equipped with a high pressure shower and a hair dryer.
The Garden Duplex Apartment has a flat screen TV, DVD player and computer on each floor with complementary WiFi. Please refer to the Garden and Royale apartment pages for more details. The apartment sleeps up to nine guests comfortably.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

$300 security deposit is due with the first payment.

will be returned one week after departure —

There will
be no refunds once the booking is confirmed.
Credits may be used for
future stays, based upon availability.
