The Garden Duplex Apartment is a large 170 square meter vacation rental, which is located on the ground and lower floors of East Village Apartments. The apartment has a beautifully designed ground floor living area with a granite breakfast bar and a modern open plan kitchen. A private patio garden provides the luxury of dining al fresco or relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Manhattan. A second mini kitchen and lounge are located on the lower level.
The spacious sleeping accommodations are provided in three bedrooms: the ground floor master bedroom (queen bed), the ground floor second bedroom (double bed), and the large lower floor master bedroom (round king bed). There are two separate twin beds in the lower floor lounge and one twin bed in the ground floor lounge. Each floor has a modern, marble or tile bathroom with a high pressure shower and a hair dryer.
The Garden Duplex Apartment has 2 flat screen TVs, a DVD player and laptop computer with complementary WiFi. The apartment sleeps up to nine guests comfortably.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

$300 security deposit is due one month prior to arrival by Paypal only.

There will
be no refunds once the booking is confirmed.
Credits may be used for
future stays, based upon availability.
