The Garden Apartment, conveniently located on the ground floor of East Village Apartments, combines an authentic neighborhood vibe with all modern comforts. The apartment has a serene, zen like feel with soft blues, aqua and green furnishings and decor..
The 1200 square ft (110 square meter) apartment opens to a fabulous private patio garden, from the living area. It is a unique luxury to relax with a book under the shade of the Sephora tree, or sip a cocktail under the stars, order mouth-watering sushi or curry, and dine al fresco on the Moroccan dining table and chairs.
The spacious and elegant living room overlooks the garden from 2 large windows, and has a charming wood burning fireplace. The tastefully decorated master bedroom offers a queen size bed with a high quality mattress and luxurious 600 thread count linens. A beautiful Venetian throw and soft lighting set a sensual mood. A large closet comes in handy for guests who love shopping. A charming second bedroom with a tempurepedic double bed mattress, is separated from the lounge with luminescent sliding shoji doors.
The newly renovated marble bathroom is equipped with a high- pressure shower and a wall mounted hair dryer. The large fully equipped, state of the art, open-plan kitchen and breakfast bar are newly remodeled with maple wood cabinets. Beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen add to the apartment’s luxurious splendor, as does the antique wood flooring. The living room has a comfortable daybed which doubles as a twin bed. A second twin bed is available upon request. The apartment sleeps 5-6 people comfortably. The Garden Apartment offers an entertainment system and wireless internet service.

Prices inclusive of all charges except cleaning fees.
50% advance payment is required to confirm a reservation.
You may pay by Paypal or bank transfer.
If
additional guests stay at the apartment, you will be liable for a
surcharge, which will be deducted from the security deposit.
Security Deposit (USD or Euros)
A $300 or Euro 200, cash security deposit is due upon arrival.
This will be returned at checkout- less any damages.
Cancellation Policy
There will be no refunds once the booking is confirmed.
Credits may be used for future stays, based upon availability.
